The Mission Group Wins 4 Tommie Awards

On January 17th, the Canadian Home Builder's Association presented their annual awards, nicknamed the Tommies, which recognize excellence in the BC home building industry. The Mission Group received 4 gold and 9 silver Tommie Awards.

The most meaningful award was the Gold Tommie Award for Outstanding Customer Service, which was the second time in the past three years that The Mission Group received this prestigious honour. This award is a reflection of the customer-focused approach we take with all of our new home communities. From design and building to homeowner orientation and move-in, every aspect of our business is focused on delivering a better experience for our customers. We aim to treat you honestly on every occasion. 

In addition to the Outstanding Customer Service Award, The Mission Group also received awards for Excellence in Sales Centre Design (Mode), Excllence in Individual Print Ad (Sheerwater) and Marketing Campaign of the Year (Mode). While not as compelling as an Ouststanding Customer Service award, these marketing awards demonstrate the professionalism and attention to detail we bring to every aspect of our business.
